Hold the wand in your hand and run the applicator through your hair to seal down any wispy bits and flyaways. One or two passes are usually all that is needed for a secure hold. Do not over apply.
We try to get all orders out as quickly as possible. Occasionally, due to high demand, you may experience delays. If you haven't received your order within 31 days, contact us and we will reimburse or reship your order.
To make our product as affordable as possible, we ship directly from our manufacturers.
We accept returns of unopened, unused products only. If you would like to return your order, please contact us within 7 days to initiate a return. We do not provide or pay for return shipping unless there is something wrong with the product.
